NIS achieves IASME Cyber Essentials
NIS continues its commitment to information security.
We are pleased to announce that NIS has passed the UK Government Cyber Security standard. The scheme focuses on some fundamental security elements which help demonstrate our ongoing commitment towards controlling risk and the new General Data Protection Regulation.
In addition, NIS continues its journey towards becoming an IASME assessment centre. We are pleased to announce that our staff have successfully passed the IASME examination. The IASME standard has been designed specifically for small to medium enterprises and builds on the Cyber Essentials certification by encompassing many compliance elements which help with the GDPR.
Director, Martin Spencer comments:
“The cyber threat landscape continues to evolve with increasing levels of sophistication. We believe that this achievement demonstrates to our customers and partners that we deploy recognised security standards in order to reassure them of our commitment to protect sensitive data.”
NIS also advises many organisations to ensure their infrastructure meets industry recognised government security standards. For further information on how NIS can help your business with the GDPR please email email@example.com
