Aquisition | Reva-IT (West Midlands)

Network Integrity Services announce the acquisition of Reva-IT, a leading edge Midlands IT services provider.

Director Mustaq Chandia comments “Reva forms a key part of our ongoing strategy. This was not our first attempt at pursing Reva, we were disappointed when negotiations came to a halt some five years ago. My colleagues and I look forward to working with some experienced and professional Reva staff and customers.

Reva will strengthen our position in the West Midlands, having opened an office there only a few months ago. The two businesses offer complimentary skills and services with opportunities for cross pollination.”

Director Martin Spencer said “Having made this acquisition with sensible financial structures whilst recognising the needs of Reva shareholders, our commitment to leading our customers forward will continue with further investment in the Midlands area, leading edge technologies and staff training.”

NIS continues to hold many high level globally recognised accreditations reflecting its commitment to ongoing staff development and retention. As an early adopter of cloud technologies and partnerships with global brands such as IBM, HP, StorageCraft, Mimecast, Sophos and Avast to name a few,  NIS continues to add value to many businesses in the small to medium size sector.
